Privacy Policy
We’re a one-person handmade shop, not a data company. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and how to get it removed — in plain English.

What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, and — if you’re having it shipped — your delivery address. If you choose local pickup we don’t take an address at all.
- What you asked us to make: your personalization text, any photo or artwork you upload, and the design choices from the order builder.
- If you join our email list: just your email address.
- If you leave a review: the name you type and what you write.
- Automatically: basic visit information such as pages viewed, rough location (city level), and the kind of device you’re on.
We never see or store your card details. Payments happen on Square’s own secure pages.
Why we collect it
- To actually make and send your order, and to talk to you about it.
- To show you your order status when you look it up.
- To ask — once — how we did, after your order is finished.
- To send occasional emails about new pieces, only if you signed up.
- To understand which pages people find useful, so the shop gets better.
That’s it. We don’t sell your information to anybody, and we never will.
Companies that help us run the shop
A small shop can’t build everything itself. These companies handle pieces of your order, and only get what they need to do their job:
- Square — takes payment and stores card details. We never see your card.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, your order records, and any artwork you upload.
- Shippo & USPS/FedEx — work out shipping costs and carry the parcel.
- Resend — sends our emails: order updates, review requests, newsletters.
- Google — website analytics, and our product listings. If you buy from us, Google may email you to ask how the order went; you can decline when it asks, and you can opt out at checkout.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest — help us show our pieces to people who might like them.
Cookies and tracking
Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser, on your device — not on our server. Clearing your browser data clears your cart.
We also use Google Analytics, and advertising tags from Meta and Pinterest, to see which pages lead to orders. You can block these with your browser’s privacy settings, an ad blocker, or your device’s “do not track” options, and the shop will still work normally.
Emails you can stop at any time
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list immediately — no reply needed, no account to log into.
Order updates and review requests relate to an order you actually placed, so they’re sent separately from the newsletter.
How long we keep things
- Order records stay while we may still need them for support, returns or tax — usually a few years.
- Uploaded artwork is kept so we can reprint if something goes wrong. Ask and we’ll delete it.
- Email list — until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just email and say so — you don’t need to give a reason, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.
We can’t delete records we’re legally required to keep, such as completed sales, but we’ll tell you if that applies.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we’ll remove it.
