Every piece is made and finished by hand in Des Allemands, Louisiana. Here’s how your order gets to you, and how we handle returns.
Shipping & Pickup
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates for your address, and your order is packed with care.
- Free shipping on ready-made orders over $40. Custom and personalized pieces are quoted at the live carrier rate, since sizes vary so much.
- Gift boxes ship free anywhere in the US — the price you see on the gift box is the price you pay.
- Free local pickup is available in Des Allemands, Louisiana, by appointment — we’ll arrange a time with you after your order is confirmed.
- Ready-made items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
- Custom & personalized pieces are made to order — usually 3–5 business days, depending on the size and detail of your piece. We’ll confirm your exact turnaround when you place your order.
- Checkout is handled securely through Square.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because every custom piece is made just for you, all personalized orders are final — we can’t offer returns or exchanges. We do stand behind our work 100%: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design you approved, message us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right with a remake or refund.
We aren’t able to cover buyer typos, wrong sizes selected, or a change of mind, so please review your mockup carefully before approving it.
Ready-Made Items
Ready-made pieces are also final sale. But if something arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it — just send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll take care of you.
